The writer Dallas Knapp was born in Highland Park and raised in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois, where he currently resides. In 2017, he graduated with a BA in Politics from Loras College. This may seem like the sure sign of a greenhorn, but that impression would be mistaken, because this young man isn't your typical untried Millennial--he's achieved a thing or two during his time.
